Posting a Task: If you post a task, we will ask you to provide information about the task including the type of task, number of hours and rate, address where the task is to be executed, task description, as well as your credit card information. We use this information (excluding your payment information) to allocate your task to a specific Provider. Provider will not be provided with any payment information you provide
Assigning of a Task: Once a Provider has chosen to accept a task, the Provider will be provided with the User’s contact information and call the User to confirm the time and scope of the task. The user will also receive an email from us detailing the first name and last initial of the Provider as well as their rating, and letting them know to expect a message from the Provider. During this call User and Provider agree on the scope of work, if there is any issue then either party can decline and inform our Customer Relations representative.
Verifications: We may use Personal Information submitted by Provider to verify a Provider’s credentials. This verification might include Certification, background checks or verification of government issued IDs. We may also phone Provider to verify the information they have provided
Service Profiles: If you are registered as a Provider, then your profile (including the Tasker’s photo, qualifications, ratings and reviews) will be visible to Askers on a need basis to write or read reviews, see previous work history
